My laptop now is getting pretty hot. With photoshop open, it gets up to 80f. 90f when gaming on lowest resolution. The vents and fan are clean. Really surprise the fan is very small.

Approximate Purchase Date: January 2014, still want to have an idea of the parts...

Budget Range: 900

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Photoshop, Graphic Design softwares, Gaming [lol, Dirt3, a few FPS games]

Are you buying a monitor: Yes. It would be nice if the 900 is including it

Do you need to buy OS: No got copy of Windows 7 Ultimate

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: any, only for references

Location: CA

Parts Preferences: Any that is stable.

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: 1600x900 or 1920x1080

Additional Comments: A case that have handles for easy carrying. Really want water cooling for the CPU. prefer i5 cpu or something similar with AMD. Good graphic card.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'm currently have a crappy laptop and need to have something powerful...

thanks a lot :)

Hello there, I went a little over the price, but that's due to the watercooling. What to you think of this?

This is great, especially using an unlocked i5 :) I can remove the optical drive since I have one from other old build. Thanks a lot for helping :D

btw, if I want to use MicroATX, which one should I use?

I'm too lazy to clean out the dust :p and I would love to have a liquid cooling if the price are similar...

The 212 EVO is about $40 cheaper.
