I can't update catalyst control suite from 12.3 to 13.1. Went to the official site... did the four drop down boxes, got the file, downloaded and did everything. to install it . then when I open it... the suite has not updated to 13.1 but is still at 12.3, and the other file, the one i installed, is somewhere else.
