Solution
Looks good.
Hope you're buying an aftermarket cpu cooler in the future to overclock it.
One thing you might want to change is the HDD. Double the space for $10 sounds good to me, but it's up to you.
Otherwise, you're good to go!
I second the bigger HDD. Also, even if you don't overclock it, a third-party CPU cooler will be much quieter than most stock AMD coolers.

Newegg US has an XFX 650W PSU on sale for $50 right now after rebate, don't know if the Canadian side has the same deal.

The Phantom you have selected isn't bad. You can also get some really nice Antec, Corsair, and Fractal Design cases in that price range. My current favorite case is the Silverstone RV03 Raven 3. It's around $130 USD

any recommendation's on the case in my $

Antec Three Hundred Two or Eleven Hundred, Corsair 300R or Carbide, Cooler Master HAF sereis ( really big, lots of cooling, but not the best sound damping, ) Fractal Design Core 3000 or Arc Mini, And NZXT has their Source, Switch, and Tempest lines. Some of those might be a little more expensive than what you have now.

And you don't need more wattage in your PSU and it has two 6-pin and two 6+2-pin PCIe cables. that's enough to double up on almost any GPU right now, except the very top-of-the-line power hungry models that require two 8-pin cables a piece.
