Shutting down when logging into after sleep

Hey Guys,

I have had a problem recently that never happened before. This is what happens.

After using my computer I put it into sleep mode. Then when I want to use it again I open my laptop and it shows me the login screen. I then put my password in and press enter, when I press enter it freezes then after 5-10 seconds a blue screen appears and it restarts the computer.

I also want to add, I think its a HDD problem.

Sometimes when I try to turn on my laptop it puts me to a legacy boot screen, but I can never boot it up when pressing on harddrive. I have to turn it off by the mains and turn it back on, it takes me a few times to successful turn it back on.
