I ordered from them recently and everything was great, except they screwed up my solid state drive, so I have to send it back. I ordered a raid array of samsung evo 840, 250gb, and they only sent me 1 regular samsung 840. Their customer service saw the difference in the order and the invoice and issued an RMA for return shipping for me right away. I haven't gotten the computer back yet, but the customer service I got was ok. The case was pretty cool. For the price you're paying, I'd probably order a raid array for your ssd too. Probably should have pieced it together myself, but I didn't want to waste time putting it together. I'm probably spending more time now sending it back. I think you have to read what other people have said, always order name brand stuff from them and check all your parts when you get it.
