IS this temp ok for my oc'ed Intel q6600 cpu?

That is fine. It is the load temperature you have to watch out for. Under 70 should be fine.

OC it till ur GPU temp reaches till 75 degree at the time of gameplay.

It is oc'ed to as high as it well go. It is a Dell XPS 420 computer. I had to tape mod the pins. IT already has a decent sized aftermarket air fan cooler that came with the pc. Cannot change it.
How does my cpu oc affect the gpu temp?

get a good CPU cooler if u already dont hav..
and OC it till 75 degree at load.
u will get better performance in overclocked CPU...

ur cpu is becoming weaker as compared to ur GPU ..
the only way is to overclock ur CPU or get a new powerfull CPU.
My cpu is oc'ed as much as it can go. Is a Dell so to even oc it I had to do a tape pin mod, bios won't work.

No. If the cpu usage is low in the game, but the GPU usage is high it means the GPU is bottlenecking the system.
Which would mean you need a better GPU, not CPU.
