We had the phones connected without trouble about 6 months ago or so, then the problems started occurring with reliability and now nothing apart from random days where only one of us can connect. Laptop in the office found the wireless and connected instantaneously after we tested to see if it was the phones. Router has full wireless signal but doesn't let us search the web or visit app store etc. If it helps our router is a ZyXEL ZyAir 1000. and when we put the IP of the wireless connection into the web to try an update the firmware (I don't actually know what this means, have just seen it suggested on the web) it doesn't recognise it and doesn't take us to the ZyXEL update page like the walkthrough-typed pages said it would.
