personally i don't like crossfire as i have always had trouble getting it to run reliably (long before the frame pacing issues which is a whole other reason i wouldn't go xfire) but when it works it works well. so i am not suprised your gtx 570 doesn't seem up to the task of beating your 6950's. personally if i were going to go multi gpu i would go sli....less bugs. two gtx570's would give your 6950's a fight and be less temperamental. so if it were me i would sell my 6950's and get another gtx570...or better yet and sell them all and get two gtx 770s ;)

The HD 6950's are far superior to the GTX 570 in every game that scales with Crossfire.
And every game that needs high performance tends to be optimised for multiple graphics cards.

I don't see how a card can give you a headache, but anyway, keep the setup you prefer and sell the other one.

i never meant head ache in the physical sence i meant games like farcry 3 that dont play to good with xfire hence the head aches as in "oh dam why wont you work" but thanks for your input...
