How old is the hard drive?? was this sound present sinds the beginning?.

Old HDD's are very very noisy lol, i have a quiet one now fortunatly at normal 7200 rpm speed.

That's fairly normal - your hard drive is accelerating rapidly to high speeds. That takes a fair bit of power and force.
