HAF X cpu cooler facing up?

Hi i have a haf X with a TX3 evo cooler on a 3570K @ 4.2Ghz...
I bought a 412SLIM cooler and my question is which is the best facing option for a cpu cooler that has 2 fans on it. I have the second 200mm fan installed at the top. So its front and side for intake and the 2 top fans and back fans for exhaust. Where should the cpu face.. Top fans or the back fan?

normally.... i am just asking for my case wich is better.. When you place the second top fan the configuration kind of changes so it might be better to change the direction of the cooler from back to top

I do not really think it matters cooling wise when you have both back and top exhaust but thinking about ram clearance I believe facing the back is better.
