asus gtx 760 psu and compatibility

I was just wondering weather this graphic card is compatible with my specs i am looking to buy...
the graphics card is: http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX760DC2OC2GD5/
the mobo is :http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/motherboards/des...
the powersupply is :http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=...

are u sure this psu would be enough because it requires 8 pin but has 6*2 coneectors or just help me by reading as i am not a professional...
and is the mobo compatible with 4th gen processor..
please help would be appreciated..!

That PSU actually only outputs about 400w to 410w , and the quality of it is poor , so you would need a new PSU.

You would need a new 1150 board for a 4th gen. CPU.

Yes, the gpu will be compatible with the motherboard.

No, the power supply you have chosen is of poor quality - the 6+2 connector will work fine, but the psu itself is not very good.

No, the motherboard will NOT work with 4th gen processors.
