I am on a extremely low budget. I need a gaming laptop though. I only need it to play games like counter strike - GO or less. I found two good deals on bestbuy but I do not know which deal is better. I was hoping you guys could help me out. Thanks

Neither. Touch screen laptops will be incredibly slow for playing any sort of games on. They use Intel on board video and ultra low power CPUs that are the equivalent of a desktop Pentium G860. If you're spending $600 - $700 on a laptop be sure to get one with a dedicated graphics card.
