Some Youtube videos simply wont load.

Hi, first of all I would like to apologise if this is in the wrong forum.

The problem I am having is that some YouTube videos will not load. I just get a black screen with the text "An Error has occurred, please try again later."
It isn't even a few videos it is happening to a lot of them.

Below is a list of things that I have tried and have failed.

Use different Browser
Refreshing a few times
Reinstalling Browser
Scanning my computer for viruses/malware etc
Updating and reinstalling Java
Reinstalling Flash
Restarting my Internet
Changing my DNS
System Restore

Would be grand if Youtube would even say that to me.


This issue all started about the same time i started having troubles with Netflix causing my internet to just die out completely causing my router to lock up for a few minutes, i learn this is a memory problem as Netflix does not consider throttling while streaming and streams a whole movie all at once to your routers memory and as i noticed 2GB on my router is not enough, i will soon be upgrading it to 16GB DDR3.

My question for you would be, what kind of router do you have, and what can you speculate you did new in your routine, or what new addition to your house-holds routine?

Usually with a little bit of debuggery you can solve the problem yourself. Occasionally an issue does arise that you cannot self troubleshoot, like what has happened here for me, except, i know it is Netflix jacking up my internet, my issue is, i don't know how to fix it.
