What games can i run on this video card

If you have adequate ram I am sure you could run anything on max. It's hard to say for sure without knowing exactly what your rig is but it would be safe to assume you will be able to get 60fps. BF3 and crysis 3 are cpu heavy (and use multiple cores) but the Haswell i5 solid. I am planning on going with the same chip and a similar card for a build. Trying to decide between that one and an evga card.

If you're referring to BF3, then definitely 60fps, even with 4xMSAA. But BF4, you'll probably need to use just FXAA to get close to 60fps.

The gigabyte 760 can run most games on high with ease. Some of the ultra settings on games like Crysis 3 will cause some stuttering here and there but nothing to bad if you have the right setup for it. To truly OC a card like this to it fullest you would need a liquid cooled system, but not everyone has money for something like this.
