I don't want any fighting but I need a GPU that can max out BF3. I have a budget of 200 dollars. I was thinking the gtx 660. What do you think?

No way on the 660, you can get a 7950 for $200 right now, with 3 free games, totally destroys the 660, the 7870 is better than the 660 as well and ringing in around $170 right now (2 free games)

a 7950 will max it...a 660 will not...a 7870 will be close, probably ultra with a lower AA setting on 1920x1080. I'm guessing you wouldn't get better than high settings with a 660. I'm not trying to argue any kind of point or lobby for one side, but the suggestions i'm making are just better GPU's. The 660ti is on the level of the 7870 and the 670 with the 7950...the AMD's are just really great buys right now with the games bundle and the new one's coming up the prices are dropping :)

Hi - The 7950 performs better in general, but in BF3 the 660 & 7950 are almost dead even:

The 7950 linked above actually comes to $204 with shipping, if you could stretch to $200 total,
with 7% promo(expires 9/13) & $20 mir you could get a 660ti, which does outperform the 7950 in BF3:

I think most people could make a $4 allowance for shipping, but if not you can always sign up for the 1 month shop-runner trial and get it shipped in 2 days for free. If BF3 is your only consideration then toyftw has a point, if you plan on playing anything else then i'd go Radeon as you'll get pretty similar performance with most things, and 3 free games which are great if you want to play them, but can also be sold to help offset costs....
