First thing I should Upgrade? Low Budget.

Solution
The Apevia one is low-quality. The AZZA one is low-quality. The psu you currently have is low-quality. The Corsair CX is better than all of those, but it's still not even high quality. Remember, wattage isn't the one thing that determines a psu. It's all about the quality, as a low quality psu WILL fail on you and when it does, it will blow up and might destroy some components in your case.

That being said, this is a great high quality psu on a good price: http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=59615&vpn=P1550SXXB9&manufacture=XFX&promoid=1307
It will allow for any upgrades you wish to add to your build.

Well I guess if I wanted parts for christmas than No budget but not to overpriced I probably want the best for the money Price=Performance I haven't boughten the GTX 560 ti But I am for $90 unless you convince me otherwise.

Can you list the full specs, including the case and psu, of your current build? Don't include anything you plan to buy.

Edit: Nvm. Didn't see the link lmao. You definitely want a discrete gpu. If you're looking at around the ~$90 range, the Radeon HD 7770 is probably the best choice at that range.
However, I would highly advise buying a better case and psu first. The case is flimsy and low-quality, while the psu is just plan out low quality. If you don't plan to upgrade the case, which I recommend, then at least upgrade the psu. Then, you can grab a 7770.

"Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit."

The HD 7770 is a good low budget card and would work just fine in your system but which ever GPU you get you still really need to get a better PSU.

It's better only by a little bit, but the price difference is huge. $70 vs $180.

Those are all brands from PSUs that we don't recommend. If you live near a Microcenter get an XFX PSU, otherwise stick to Antec, Corsair, and Seasonic.

Not necessarily. For an extra ~$25, I would definitely go with the XFX psu. Not only will you have enough wattage for any future upgrades, the quality is definitely worth it. Also, I doubt an extra $25 would allow him to upgrade from a $90 to $150-180 gpu.

The CX series USED to be a good quality psu. It was a Seasonic OEM psu, until the contract ended and Corsair decided to switch OEMs. The CX is now crap and I wouldn't touch it unless it's the semi-modular versions. The semi-modular versions are definitely better and they are the only CX that I would even consider.
If the OP can't afford $25 to upgrade to a much better psu, then I would say wait until you have an extra $25.
