Go into the BIOS and set the CD/DVD as the first boot device in boot priority. Restart the computer with the install disk in the CD/DVD drive and look for "Press any key to boot from...drive. During the install process you should have the option to format the drive. You don't want to install Windows using the old pc and then move the hard drive. This will definitely cause problems because the hardware is not the same.

You built a new PC and tried to use the old windows install. That would be why. There are drivers and whatnot it is trying to rely on for parts in the old system, and when it doesnt find the right parts, it pops up errors like that. You always do a fresh install of windows for a new computer or any major change, such as changing from AMD to Intel, or vice-versa.
