rather get an i5-4670k. more future proof. asrock mobos are unreliable. go asus or gigabyte(make sure it is lga1150). amd cards arent as good an nvidia. go gtx 760. these days 2tb hard drives are standard. get a 2tb if you can. are you planning to overclock? if not, the stock cooler will run perfectly and you do not need a aftermarket cooler. if you want to overclock however, that cooler will run awesome.

you should rathr go with i5 4670k,
plus i dont think that is very good PSU... rest looks good,
p.s if you change the cpu you will have to change the mobo also,.. but this is also not an issus.. you can go with 3570k it is a good overclocker,,i was suggesting you as it will be your 1st build and i5 4670k is a hot thing nowdays, most of the experts recommend it ,

Who said asrock mobos are unreliable? Most of my friends recommend the asrock mobos. And yes I'm over clocking, that's why I hve another cooler.
Who said nvidia is better than amd? That's a long debate, an please I don't want an argument.

i have seen a few asrock boards fail and read many horror stories about them. i was just making sure about the oc thing. the short of it: most games are more nvidia optimized and it has a more solid architecture, runs cooler, more efficiently, amd and nvidia is like amd and intel. sure, amd is cheaper, but it runs hotter and uses more power. but its a matter of opinion.

I'm going for the 3570k because it is better at over clocking than 4th gen processors. Most gamers still prefer 3rd gen. I know some people which use 1st gen intel processors and still beat 4th gen processors. From reading many articles and threads, 3rd gen processors are still better.

they are actually about equal. the haswell uses less power and has more power per core. but the ivy overclocks slightly better. i would go 4670k because lga 1155 is going out and will be outdated in a few years

That's not true. The i5-3570k actually uses 7 watts less than the 4570k.

my mistake, but the performancce is slightly more. http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/579/Intel_Core_i5_i5-3570K_vs_Intel_Core_i5_i5-4670K.html the performance isnt really the main thing, the future proofnicity(i think thats how you say it?) is what really important. as i said, lga 1150 will last a few years longer than lga 1155. sockets go out of date. you don't see many lga 755 cpus or mobos very much any more, and the same will happen to lga 1155.
