H67 Mobo work with msi gtx 770

I planning to buy a msi gtx 770 OC twin frozr and want to know if it will run on my current mobo. I'm just worried the mobo might give me problems.

Current Specs:
Mobo: h67ma-e35 (b3)
Processor: i5 -2300
Ram: 8gb
PSU: Corsair GS 800
Current gpu: ATI 6870

Thanks very much for your reply, cause i read that some people have problems with the P67 mobo's and others say that a BIOS update may fix them. If this mobo wont give any of those nonsense, i will be very glad.

The card costs R5500 in South Africa, that is about $550 us dollar (rip-off I know), thats why i just wanted to make sure.
