So, thanks to input from all of you, finally ordered all the parts, due to arrive next Tuesday (then the fun part, first time solo build hehe)

I wanted to know, regarding games, for example: CRYSIS 3, Assassin's Creed III, BF4, Elder Scrolls Online, (upcoming World of Darkness), how will this rig fare, graphics wise?

Case: CORSAIR CARBIDE SERIES 500R BLACK
PSU: CORSAIR TX SERIES MODULAR TX850M - 80 PLUS BRONZE CERTIFIED 850W HIGH PERFORMANCE MODULAR PSU
CPU: INTEL CORE I5-4670K 3.40GHZ LGA1150 - BOX
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 GAMING RETAIL
RAM: CORSAIR CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 VENGEANCE 4GB PC3-12800
VIDEO CARD: MSI GTX770 N770 TF 2GD5/OC 2GB PCI-E RETAIL
OPTICAL DRIVE: SAMSUNG DVD-RW SH-224DB/BEBE SATA BLACK BULK
STORAGE: WESTERN DIGITAL WD10EZEX 1TB CAVIAR BLUE SATA3
STORAGE: SAMSUNG MZ-7TE120BW 840 EVO SERIES SSD 120GB 2.5'' SATA3
COOLER: COOLERMASTER RR-212E-16PK-R1 HYPER 212 EVO

Bare in mind I do plan to maybe try overclocking (in the minimal range as my first attempt, and MAYBE also SLI in the future).

edit: at first glance i plan to get maybe a 23" screen, plugged in through HDMI, at 1920x1080 res @1080p. Unless you think I need a bigger screen to enjoy more? :p

Glad to hear your thoughts!

Max out any game on 1080p. The GTX 770 is extremely good in games.
