Current set up in retail store,
Vintage set up of DSL modem (AT&T would not upgrade) to wireless/wired router to several devices all wired devices. eg Computer, Credit card machines, cash registers. Data usage is very minimum, speed is not that important.
I want to use tmobile hotspot/mobile data to ditch DSL.
I have one tmobile phone with data service at the location.
How do I do this, if possible, and what equipment do I need.

I would suggest you try to get a USB data device from tmobile that you can directly hook to a broadband router then you can use it just like your DSL router.

It gets complex after this.

You can get a router that can use wireless for it WAN connection. There are a couple models that I forget but the larger manufacture have them. Not a real lot of selection.

You can use a device that is designed to be used as a repeater, these also have ethernet ports on them in most cases.

You can buy wireless bridge devices for all your end equipment and have them directly talk to the hotspot.

This is going to be a pain to keep stable compared to DSL both due to the complexity and the standard issue of using radio waves which are subject to random interference.
