Current Specs:
Processor: Core I3-3220
PSU: Silverstone evo 500w
Mobo: MSI B75MA-E33
Ram: G.skill Sniper 4gbx2
GPU: GTX 560 innod3d

Im planning to upgrade my gpu to GTX 660ti or GTX560ti +I5 2500k +z68 extreme4 asrock

This is for playing BF4, TombRaider and Crysis 3

just because you said crysis get the better cpu and new board and wait to gte a better gpu. a 560 to 560ti isnt a huge jump and is not worth the money. if you can get another 560 for sli for cheap do that instead

Stay with the i3 and get the 660ti.u will be fine since the cpu has a decent architecture.if u are willing to spend more get the i5 but also with the 660ti.but for crysis 3 i would get atleast an i7.

Get the GTX 660ti but I think you need a better processor atleast a i5 3570k cause your current processor may bottleneck in Cpu intensive games(BF3, FC3, GTA4 etc.)
EDIT: 2500K would do fine but you wont be able max out BF4/Crysis 3 with this gpu, get a 7970/gtx 760 for that. :)
