I just built my first ever PC over a few months ago, and it suddenly started freezing last month. Whenever it does that I just have to restart it. I've just about had it, so I decided to ask you guys.
My built is:
Intel Core i5 3570
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)
P8H61-M LE R2.0 (LGA1155)
GeForce GTS 450
466GB Hitachi HDP725050GLA360 ATA

I've noticed that whenever it freezes, it the light on the case for HDD stops flashing.
What should I do?

Open the "Computer" window
Right-click on the drive in question
Select the "Tools" tab
In the Error-checking area, click <Check Now>.

Done it 6 hours ago and it failed like half an hour ago.
