What is the best 7950 for OC'ing?

I see the Sapphire Dual-X to my knowledge is un-locked voltage and $200 after rebate with three games. Is this the best card in the 7950 series?

Also I see for same price the Asus 660ti 3gb comes with batman. How does this compare? Only thing I noticed was 192 memory interface otherwise has better core and boost than 7950s.

Help!

Asus 660ti dc2oc $200

I am wanting to get the best setting with best Overclocking ability. Not for benchmark purposes but to max out what I buy.

The 7950 has a better chance of overclocking more than the 660 Ti. It's never guaranteed, though.

Just to make sure we are looking at the right cards.....
I am just kind of confused here because on every single measurement based on the clock details the Asus has higher core and boost, same 3 gb of memory, higher effective memory clock. The memory interface is only 192 compared to 384 on sapphire.

I really just want the best card which everyone says 7950 sapphire Dual x but the numbers on the card say Asus 660 ti dc2oc 3gb. Am I missing something here?

Don't worry about the specs as much as actual performance. Look up some benchmarks.

Either way, though, don't go for the 660 Ti; look at the GTX 760 instead, since it is better and generally cheaper. You should be comparing the 7950 and the 760.
