Dell E197FP Monitor Driver

Hi and thank you for the prompt reply however unless I am doing something completely wrong this does not want to work on Windows 7.
The file unzips to a Dell drivers folder with 3 files: a Security catalog, an ICC profile, and Setup information in the form of a notepad file. There are no prompts to install. I apologise if I am missing something really obvious.

No problem -- Try just double clicking on the Setup file (IIRC this is actually not a txt file but a .inf or information file and double clicking or right clicking and selecting open should run the setup to install the files.
IF that does not work then you can also try going into the device manager (Control Panel - Device Manager) - navigate to the Monitor - right click and select update driver and point it to the folder that you unpacked and it should update.
