Both costs the same.
Give me some advices which on to go for.
Thanks

pretty simple, they're both about equal, if you plan to overclock you'll probably get a little more performance out of the 7950... if your power bill, case heat or noise is important to you the 760 will probably be a better card, SLi works a bit better then xfire, though AMD is taking big steps to fix that, but for now 2 760s remains a better option then 2 7950s.

finally, if you're using an AMD cpu you'll probably see better framerates out of the 760 then you will out of the 7950.

As ingtar said, you'll get more overclock headroom plus more VRAM, which will help in higher resolution gaming. But it will probably run hotter, and the 760 has GPU boost 2.0. But either way, you're gonna get a great graphics card with both of them.

then get the 760... for now, nvidia gpus work better with AMD cpus then AMD's own gpus do.

So from my point of view i would go with the Gigabyte card. In the past when it has come to AMD and graphics cards I had issues with drivers when it came to AMD, but from what I understand most of those issues have been resolved. So in the end I would go with which ever brand I prefer over the other, and which one ends up being cheaper in the end. I would also pick which ever one runs smoothest with my motherboard and processor. I tend to lean more towards uniformity when it comes to manufacturers and their technology. Hope this helps.

In addition to what ingtar33 said, AMD is better than Nvidia in the sense that it has more Vram, which is thought by most people, to be more futureproof. I suppose you know about the around 4-6 Gb of dedicated Vram on PS4, that might push game developers to produce games which are more vram hungry(higher tex res, or more AA). If you care much about AA and maxing out EVERYTHING in the game, then consider getting the hd7950. As i read in an article outside this website(i dont know if linking to another forum is allowed here so google about "Crysis 3 vram usage"), you will find that maxing out everything + max AA will take about 2.2 GB. Next-gen games are expected to be at the same graphics level as crysis 3. ANYWAY, the gtx 760 proved to be better TILL NOW in most games, so i bought it and didnt care much about future, the final decision is for you.
Ah, i forgot, if you intend to use high resolution monitors(more than 1900x1080), than go for the hd7950 blindly, as this will increase the vram even more than what i said, hope this helped.

Thank U for the responses.
Well for the games im playing both cards are more than enough i think. Mostly im playing dota2 and swtor, rarely wow. I want to watch some hd movies etc.
I only want to get the more useful and long lasting stuff since i dont want to spend on my PC in the next 4years.
After reading the responses i think i would rather get the 760.

Well, wise decision, i didnt mention that nvidia has better driver support that REALLY enhances performance. Anyway, what version would you buy( Twin forzr, ACX, windforce)? This would differ a lot with operating temps..

The windforce 3x is awesome. I personally have the ACX SC. I think the Twin frozr, acx and windforce are the best (not arranged), wish you happy buy and gameplay and glad i helped you (:
