ok I did all the recovery disk I go into bios to make sure CD/DVD-ROM Drive is first device on list it is the I look to description and it says the cd/dvd in parenthesis which it was has been disabled in the corresponding type menu? So I highlight cd/dvd and gives me a screen with options CD/DVD=ROM underneath it says disabled and for the life of me I don't know how to enable it I push the up/down arrow nothing I tried the +/- nothing. So if someone out there can please help me the clueless how to enable this I would be in your debt for life. I have a dell inspirion 570 desktop computer Windows 7 NOT VISTA
