Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 low profile problems

Hey I'm having problems with getting my HD 7750 low profile to work. The device manager won't see it. My Nvidia GT 620 (old card) works fine, but the HD 7750 doesn't. PLEASE HELP!

well looking at both cards

your current one (nVidia gt 620) has a PCI Express 2.0

and your new card (hd 7750) has a PCI Express 3.0

not sure if that is the reason BUT your motherboard may nto have the proper PCI ex slot for the card

PCI-e 2.0 and 3.0 are bacwards compatible, thanks for the reply though.
