Is a 32GB SSD big enough to use as a startup drive?

Like the title says, I want to use a 32 GB SSD (cuz thats all i can afford) to use to startup my computer really fast and a 500 GB HDD as the main drive. I'm going to use windows 7.

OK....can you do it? Just barely. But you'd need to be really OCD about managing that space.

If all I could 'afford' is a 32GB, I would not bother until I could afford a 128GB.
