Converting to a Gaming PC

So, I'm trying to convert my PC into a gaming computer.but i have no idea how to do it.

My current PC specs are,

Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.4GHz
Windows 7 Ultimate
4GB Ram
32 bit operating system
Intel DH61WW motherboard
Intel Hd graphics
1366x768 , 17 inch LG Monitor.

So i need to convert my PC into a Gaming Pc at Low Cost.Less than 250$

so again I have No idea how to do this.so please Help me.

Would you have to spend some of the money for upgrading you computer on the OS?

It will be more then enough to power a single 7950, if you ever decide to crossfire though you will need to upgrade it.

Ok. What about the GPU?
Will it run any game at least in medium Settings?

For games that are currently available, it will max them out at your current resolution and have muscle to spare.
