i have 25 user and i want to configure sql application for running hotel management software. plz suggest me for the server hardware parts like which cpu and ram memory and motherboard.i want assemble the server and my budget is maximum 40 thousand for server ???

Why SSD and Raptors? Also a 4960x is a waste of money when you can get the 4930k. No need for a workstation card either. An HD 5450 is sufficient.

Made some changes, added more storage capability. Raid 1 on the SSD and Raid 5 on the 4tb. At least then if you have a drive failure, downtime is minimal.
