I would ditch the under performing and noisy water cooler for an air cooler. There are many good choices that offer quiet and decent cooling

The RAM is very expensive

Buy a work station graphics card

@Outlander_04 what are some good choices for this socket? My understanding about RAM is that i should cheap out on it , no?
@C12Friedman i would say its semi professional... I ve been working in Photoshop for the past 8 years, and lately got into 3d, so i started using zbrush ( not very cpu or RAM extensive, more so for the graphics card) and Keyshot for rendering - that beast uses all the cores there are.

My other thought was to go with 3930k and a different mobo but the benchmarks show that the CPUs are equally productive and surprisingly in some applications 4770k outperforms the 3930k.
