Hello Techies,

I am having a situation which I am unable to come over.

I newly bought / assembled a PC
here is the configuration
AMD 3.8 GHz FX 4130 Processor
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB
ASUS M5A97 Motherboard
Seagate Barracuda 500 GB HDD
ATI radeon 6570 4GB DDR3 GPU

the problem is, everything has been placed correctly on it, when I turn on the pc all of the components are running fine with out noise beeps or anything, but no signal in monitor.
I thaught the mother board was faulty so I changed it get a new one with different brand ASRock 970 Extreme 4 Motherboard
*** to mention I tried changing the graphics card also a different PCI-E model of ATI Radeon**
In this case also the situation is same, everything is running but no Signal
*** I tried in different monitors, with VGA and HDMI both type.***
But no hope at all in all the trouble shoot process, please suggest some thing as soon as possbile. The MoBo is of AsRock's now.

*Everything is brand new*

One single short beep indicates on all boards.
If you do not get one single beep it means there is a problem.
So do you get a one short single beep ?

You need to also list the brand of PSU and its wattage.

To the board the 24 pin 12v atx should be connected, the extra 6 pin pci-e power connectors if the graphics card requires them.

And most important the four or eight pin 12v cpu power block from the psu to the motherboard. the power block is located next to or around the cpu socket.
If you fail to plug this in all you are met with is fans spinning and a black screen.

You most likely missed that block out a common mistake.

Here is image please have look, i tried to take it at my best...

Erm, if that block is eight pin it needs 8 pins from the Psu.
That says the Psu does not have an 8 pin block.

It will not function with one four pin. It needs the eight pin block.
The eight pin is there, for a reason.
It provides extra power to run the Cpu.
And about 12v at 75w to power the pci-e card connector of the board.
The graphics card cannot function. not enough power to run it via the Pci-e slot of the board.

Secondly move that GC to the top most blue Pci-e slot. That is the primary slot no 1.
It has to be in there not in the lower one in the picture.

You need to fit eight pins.
If the power supply you have does not have them then you need to buy a new one in order to run the system right.

If you do this it will work.

the MoBo don't come with a onboard grpahics connector, we need a Graphics Card to run it.
There is no VGA / HDMI port inbuild in the MoBo to connect a monitor.
