I'm stuck between these two
PATRIOT Memória PC Master Viper 3 Series 2 x 4 GB DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 CL9

And

KINGSTON KIT 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ BEAST


It's a gaming rig and they really the same price (mother board in use Asus sabertooth z87)

You are going to see pretty much no difference whatsoever. If one is LP (Low-Profile) choose that one, or perhaps just the one that fits aesthetically with your build.

Ram does not make the biggest difference when gaming (Although it still does, just a few fps difference), but for gaming you'll want the one with higher frequency, because both kits have the same frequency, the low profile one will actually better as heat spreaders hardly make a difference and low profile Ram usually does not interfere with big CPU coolers such as Noctua NH-C14.
