Hey guys back again. Wanted to get clarification on something that has been bothering me about my next graphics card selection. As it is right now I have in front of me the choice of picking the SAPPHIRE 100352-3L Radeon HD 7950 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202026

What concerns me is whether this would be the best choice for my application or whether i should get another single card to do what i need or a second card to the first. Currently got 3 Asus monitors on the desk and a tv mounted above the monitors on the wall. Would like to connect all 4 together so could watch movies and such on tv including possible 3D and continue working on the bottom 3 doing anything from moderate gaming (Wife banished me to the back room lol) to video rendering. Im concerned even though i have the 4 connections that i would be putting too much on a single unit so think i may need a second. Would like to remain using just one card so if i need to look at another better built for this purpose would like to know.

Currently have a ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO for the motherboard but also have a tv tuner card and audio card installed for the surround sound and headset.

Okay, from what I can tell you have 4 monitors? the card should run all four without problems, if you have the money, I would suggest a Card with 4gb of memory instead of three for a very smooth setup. If you are on 1920x1080 resolution games will run bad I would say but if you are watching movies, you Should expect good quality! As I said, You should! I am not an expert, but my knowledge would tell me it'll work without issues on 4 displays!

Thanks folks,

Direme, yes 3 24" Asus monitors and one 55"LED TV, also your knowledge appears correct. Thanks

Lonewolf, Thanks I tend to try getting away with what I little I need and sometimes skimming too much can bite ya in the long run but thanks for reaffirming what i was thinking.
