Please see the title, other factors. First attempt at an SLI and was hoping that I wouldn't have to buy a new PSU.

Processor: Intel 2700k (not overclocked...anymore =p)
1 WD 1 TB HDD
1 Crucial M4 128 SSD
1 Vertex 4 128 SSD
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro 700w B
GFX - 570 GTX HD
16bg of Ram but cannot remember the specs
Built September 2011.

I know it will be close but if anyone has any experience or input please let me know. The reason I decided on the two 760's as I think this will give me more bang for the buck over a straight 780 or even a 770. My budget is around $550 for GFX.

Solution
You'll be absolutely fine mate. I've got two of them running on a Corsair 650w PSU, no worries at all!

Enjoy your cards whichever you go for :)
I think it will be tight.

Measured power consumption single card
1.System in IDLE = 121 W
2.System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 279W
3.Difference (GPU load) = 158W
4.Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
5.Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 168 Watts
