So I just spent $900 dollars on a new system. It's the most I've ever spent on a computer. Now looking at my old computer it has gotten a lot slower over the past years. So how do I keep my new pc in top condition all the time?

You don't, you save money for a completely new system and spend it when this one is too slow :p

Hang one of those car air fresheners in front of one of your intake fans? :)

I fint 'new car smell' is very close to 'new PC smell'. Pine fresh is also nice.

You might want to consider backing up your boot partition to an external drive, so that when things start running slow, you can go back to a known good state. It is also a good idea to blow out your PC with compressed air a couple times a year.
