you can do a lot better than that with less than 1k budget.

My budget is 500 to 600 I just added all parts I already have monitor os keyboard mouse and optical drive everything else I don't have

Oh and the Gpu is actually a vapor x 7770 partpicker didn't have it if you can think of a better build please help me

You should go for like gtx 650 ti minimum if your gonna play games with just fine fps this one is a bit cheap.
And there are also some AMD gpus out there but i prefer gtx cards they are good.

The 650 ti is a little better that 7770 but way more expensive

I mean that would be out of my budget I was thinking of upgrading Gpu and CPU Ltr when I get more money which is why I got. 600 watt power supply and a full tax board not mini atx

if you are NOT running 1080p monitors (ie. 1366x768 or 1600x900) then yes, yes you can. you might even be able to stretch it all the way to max detail + no aa with 40+ fps. if you are ,however, running 1080p then medium might be the sweetspot for it.
