if you are NOT running 1080p monitors (ie. 1366x768 or 1600x900) then yes, yes you can. you might even be able to stretch it all the way to max detail + no aa with 40+ fps. if you are ,however, running 1080p then medium might be the sweetspot for it.

You should go for like gtx 650 ti minimum if your gonna play games with just fine fps this one is a bit cheap.
And there are also some AMD gpus out there but i prefer gtx cards they are good.

I mean that would be out of my budget I was thinking of upgrading Gpu and CPU Ltr when I get more money which is why I got. 600 watt power supply and a full tax board not mini atx
