depends on how much your system draws total. i wouldnt ever use a power supply with that rating thou, most likely a time bomb waiting to go off.

you'll still need a 400w psu my friend. any cheap-o-matic 500w psu will do though i don't recommend doing so, i highly DO NOT recommend it! but if your fine with it, it'll play ball nicely as long as you don't abuse it. if LoL is your target game, basically anything above integrated graphics will run it. in fact even an intel hd2k will run it. and that igpu sucks.

A 6570 actually pulls a little more power than the 7750.
FWIW, I run a 7750 on a 150W PSU, but it's a good brand and I specifically planned the rest of the system to be low power. What brand and model is your current PSU and what parts do you have?
