Intel suggest that 3770 uses 1 and 2 core at 3.9 GHz and 4 core at 3700 MHz at full load .. but my 3770 is running at 4 cores even the system usage is 5 % why this is happening and the temps iam getting also is 55c to 60c !!! are temp going rise if the cpu uses 4 cores please help....

55C to 60C is not an unacceptable temperature. That processor can hit temps of up to 90C when under load. I would start to worry if your temps hit the mid 80's. How hot does the CPU get when under load? How is your CPU being cooled?
