just get what you'll need to game now. no reason to go all akimbo overkill since in a year or two there will be much better and powerful cards available.

Two GTX 770's would be a great set up to run any game at full settings, the only thing that can be a consideration is the resolution and size of the monitor or multiple monitors. A card with 2gb of video ram is good for up to 1920x1080p, if your going higher then you will want a higher ram count like 4gb or 6gb also you can't add the two cards ram together to make 4gb it don't work that way. It goes by the card that's connected to the monitor.
The GTX Titan with it's 6gb wide frame buffer can display any resolution and the 4gb cards can be good for 2560x1600 and on up to the triple monitors.

Your PSU will run the Titan , the 780 and the 770 but it will be close on the two 770's s you'll have to do some adding up of what your computer has for load.

There's nothing wrong with two 780s and may not be much of an overkill, I've always run two of the top cards, 480, 580 and 680 it just gives that extra power needed to be in those high multiplayer maps with out worrying about lag and you assured of getting over 60 fps on every game at the high settings and 1080p.

Good choice.

At 1080p, 1 gtx780 is prob your best bet, but it isn't a good cost/performance value compared to
the gtx770. I think you might want to start wih 1 gtx770 & add another for SLI, if needed. Your PSU should
handle 2 770's,but most likely not 2 780's.
(an 850w PSU is recommended for both in SLI)

Most sites/charts list those cards as needing the same +12v amps, but the 770 does in fact require
a little less. It would be a good idea to upgrade your PSU tho, if you are going to SLI those cards. You
want the xtra headroom for OC, & other stress.

Are you saying that this is your computer ? What possible reason do you have for wanting to sell this at a loss, the Titan card itself is worth $1000. You don't gain anything by selling the Titan card to get two 770s.
