Hi everybody! I thank you very very much in advance for your future help.
If my english is bad, pardon me, I'm a french Canadian girl :)
And sorry for the enormous post.

I'm usually good enough myself with computers to fix my problems, but I'm no genius and no hardware expert so I really need help right now 'cuz I'm really desperate. I'll try to give as much details I can so no one loses their time.

I bought new material a few months ago: i5-3570K CPU and Asus Sabertooth Z77 MOBO
The rest of my rig is composed of:
.......................................................................................................
Case-------> Cooler Master Storm Scout http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2912
PSU--------> Thermaltake TR2 RX 750W http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001994
CPU COOLER-> Arctic Freezer 13 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186039
GPU--------> Gigabyte Radeon HD 4890oc http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125292
RAM--------> G.Skill RipjawsX 16GB(2x8) http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231489
Windows 7 Pro x64
4 HDDs no SSD
BD-ROM Drive
.......................................................................................................

1-So, I installed everything very cautiously with a anti-static wrist band, first thing I noticed is how hard I had to push the lever for the cpu
to take place, didn't know if it was normal, but that scared me a lot.
2-Time to boot that beast up! enter bios, my ram is set at 1333 so I just set the XMP setting normally, save, exit.
3-The Windows installation, very long to operate, normally it's fast, this time it took ages, well, I waited. Reboot
4-Very very slooooow to get into windows, black screen for a very long time after login, well maybe it's normal without drivers installed...
5-Installed drivers and windows updates, well wtf, this computer operates like a dino, my old quad was faster...
6-So I checked for some infos on the SATA ports best config, disabled useless shit in the bios, upgraded the bios, let go of the AI Suite etc.
7-Now it's less of a mess, but still slower than normal + I get a CPU Fan error (many ppl had this, I took care of it)
8-I decided to give up and just endured the slowness, not long after that, I started to get memory management bSODs so I tested my RAM modules, turned out that one of them was defective, I thought "yessss that might have been the problem".
9-I took the defective one out, RMA, was left with only one 8Gb while I wait. No change in the slowness, but at least, no BSOD.
10-I decided then to format again just to make sure windows wasn't the culprit. It went normally, but nothing fast as lightning.
11-I received my replacement for the ram module last week, installed it and now I'm just tired of wondering why this thing is so slow, I'm not working non stop in 3D Apps while compressing 15 videos at a time and playing Far Cry 3... I just don't understand how this thing can't take that I have 10 or more tabs opened in firefox. I played games, it runs OK, but still, I always feel like something is wrong with this pc. It's just abnormal that this is way slower than my old. 3 minutes to boot isn't normal...
12-I decided to check the CPU and the CPU Cooler to be sure, just checked it out today. Normal amount of dust on the CPU Cooler. Cleaned.
13-Was wondering about the pins that look bent on the MOBO socket (the top tetris bloc), just tell me if it's normal, I googled and it's seems normal, but I wanna be sure. And is it normal that the little hooks aren't gripping the lever bar? Even when it's closed?
Mobo Socket Pins
14-I rebooted after cleaning and replacing everything and now it's seems slower...
15-Another thing I would like to know is where the "forcing" noise is coming from, just listen, in the first you can hear it at 0.50 this is while I do normal things like surfing the net.
1-Web Browsing
In the second you can ear it constantly, that's when I was playing Splinter Cell Blacklist, and the game was paused..
2-Splinter Cell Blacklist paused
I checked and it's not coming from the GPU, and it's doing that awful noise everytime the CPU reaches a high point, that noise is so unbearable I have to get my TV volume up or I just want to smash my head on my desk. It's doing it even when I'm just right clicking a file..that's atrocious. Also, programs takes ages to
open.

======================================
Additional infos
======================================
-Temps are ok, enough airflow, everything is between 30 and 40C except the GPU at 50-55C.
-The PSU is plugged in the 24 pins and the ATX
-My HDDs are ok
-No virus, no malware or anything, temp files cleaned regularly with ccleaner.
-No red of flashing lights pointing an issue during boot up.
-All unnecessary startup items disabled.
-All drivers up to date.
-Didn't notice any services that eats up memory. In fact the pc gets slow even when there's 0% CPU usage and 20% Physical Memory usage.
-Maybe my bios settings are bad??

I posted this in the motherboard section because I think that the real issue lays there.
Please please help me, I'll do anything you ask me.

Thank you and have a nice Week-End.

Hi werner123, thank you for trying to help me.

1. I did reset settings to optimized default and disabled all those settings you mentioned, sadly, did not do anything.

2. I did a chkdsk yesterday before I read this, everything went normally and everything was fine.
I previously installed HD Sentinel and all my HDD's are at a 100% condition.

3. Well, I can't really install windows on a seperate disk because they are all almost full, 1 is for my movies, 1 is for my TV shows and 1 is for Backups, music and games.

About the noise:
You are sure this is normal? I mean, I don't want to contradict, but the noise is awfully loud and happens even if I set my CPU Fan speed at a constant 50%
I wouldn't care if it was a normal fan noise, but that much just for right-clicking a folder and with the CPU Cooler all cleaned, that's very distracting. Well, I'll take your word.

One more thing:
a. When I formatted last time, one thing I thought was weird, is that I did format and wipe the drive, but I don't know why, when I booted after that, a ".old" folder was created as if I had upgraded instead of a fresh install...
b. I thought about it and maybe that's because I didn't format the tiny partition that windows creates for the system?? So if I decide to reinstall Windows again, I guess I must wipe that tiny partition too?.

Thank you again
