ati driver windows 7

i reinstalled windows 7 on my pc and before i could install my ati drivers windows 7 did it for me. so i installed the latest driver 13.4 so now i have the one windows 7 installed and the one i installed should i uninstall the one windows installed if so how do i do this

Once you update drivers, you should remove first the old drivers, using AMD CLEAN UP UTILITY, automatically reboot.
then its time to install new driver for your GPU.
