Could some one explain to me if my processor is set to 2.00 Ghz and i go to the frequency ratio and it has x6 and i change it to it did it make the Ghz go from 2 Ghz to 2.6 Ghz thank you.

Your question is somewhat confusing but some Xeon's cannot be overclocked
Basically there are two clocks that can be altered. 1) the Base Clock and the CPU multiplier. To find your processor's new speed, you would multiply the BCL and the CPU multiplier
What is the Xeon model number and what motherboard are you on - do you have all your ram banks filled or only four or...?
