VERY VERY WTF high cpu temps

No idea what's happening. Here to ask you guys. You can see my newly built full build in the screenshots.
My cpu fan is working and I'm using everything stock which I expect semi high temps but not 100C temps.
Any help is greatly appreciated, this is crazy im kinda scared lol

Also, I have 24GB of ripjaws ram which is probably irrelevant.

Your heat sink is probably barely even touching the CPU heatspreader. Make sure that it is sitting down tight, and if you decide to pull it off and do a full reseat, make sure that you replace the thermal paste first or you'll leave air pockets in it.
