an HD7770 or a GTX 650 would be sufficient, however to play the game at 60 fps and at max detail I think a 7950 or overclocking a 7850 to 1250mhz would give similar results if you're in a budget.
 


it can also depend on the game. some games actually run worse with crossfire than a single card. not to mention 1gb vram on the 7770 is a limitation if you want to run with highest detail settings. If youve never run anything but 7770's then you dont know what your missing out on i guess.... I used to run crossfire 6850's not that long ago, didnt last long before i sold them. in skyrim and bf3 particularly when vram useage went above 1gb, they stuttered like all hell and made it unplayable. went to a single gtx660 which was much better/smoother (even though benchmarks show otherwise), and eventually went to dual 660's.
