I am building a computer aimed for multitasking. I tend to use around 20+ tabs each across 3 different browsers that auto-refresh every 5 minutes and all on 3 monitors. My build for the moment includes:

Intel Core i5 4670k
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-D3H
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
SAPPHIRE FleX 100352FLEX-2 Radeon HD 7950
Corsair TX750M
Corsair 400R
Western Digital Blue 1 TB 7200RPM Drive

Will these specifications handle everything that i'm doing smoothly? Any suggestions and recommendations or advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

A 4670K should be more than enough unless you are running many cpu bound tasks. Even a lesser cpu is likely to do the job.
I might suggest you defer on the graphics card and attach the three 1080P monitors via the included integrated graphics.
If you need more, for some reason, you can always add a discrete graphics card later.

I would highly recommend you use a SSD at least for the os. 120gb at least. It will make everything quicker. Use the hard drive for bulk storage.

The amount of vram that a graphics card has is a performance issue, not a functional issue. And... it is a very minor issue.
That should not be a selection criteria.

Do you plan on adding an additional 7950 later down the road?

If not, then the mobo you selected is very high-end, also the 750watt PS is pretty hefty (look for 500-550 watt) and upgrade your Caviar blue to a black and use the money you save from the motherboard and power supply and seriously think of a SSD for a boot and productivity software drive.

**EDIT** I misread your motherboard, that's an okay choice and you wont save much by buying a more stripped-down model. But PS is still on the table and def consider a SSD paired with a HDD for storage.

I probably will not, as I am not going to game on this system. A friend recommended this to me because of the 3gb VRAM since I am using 3 1080P monitors. I would like to know if the I5 4670k will be enough for my needs. Can it handle everything that I need smoothly?
