My case doesn't come with usb 2 internal cable?

My case I got has two usb ports on the front; one 3.0 which has a cable and a usb 2 that doesn't! It's just the port by itself! How can I connect it to motherboard?

Cases with front IO ports will or should include necessary cables to connect with unless its been a factory screw up as clutchc says.

Some earlier cases contemplating USB3 would have a cable with an USB header to thread out the back of the case and plugged into a USB3 port rear of the motherboard. USB2 will not look like a typical USB plug but a motherboard header cable like;
