e5700 3.0ghz will bottleneck the gtx 650?

in this question the gtx 650 ti is giving no performance increase in gaming.i also have that processor.my specs are=PROCESSOR=DUAL CORE E5700

HARD DISK=250 GB SEAGATE

PSU=400W

GPU=palit nvidia geforce 210

MOTHERBOARD=INTEL DG41WV(PCI-E 1.1X16)

MONITOR=DELL E1709W

OS=WIN7 32bit

RAM=2 GB DDR3

PSU-400W
and i also want to upgrade to the gtx 650 ,1-but will there be such a big bottlenecking .plz tell .2-would i be able to play assassins creed 2 at 1440x900 resolution with lowest settings 3-and would the gtx 650 be bottlenecked by my cpu.4-should i upgrade to gtx 650 or it is a total wastage of money.5-would the gtx 650 work with my pc without any issues?
 
Solution
there will be bottleneck but i don't think it will be too bad up to the point getting 650 will be a waste of money. but going higher you really need to get better cpu.
