GPU: GF GTX650 2GB (DDR5) WOW
CPU: Intel i3-3240
PSU: Bulder Series CX430W
Motherboard: Gigabyte B75M-D3H
RAM: Corsair 8GB Dimm 1600MHz Vengeance
Hard Drive: Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB HDD 3.5" (32MB Cache, 7200RPM, Sata 6Gb/s)
Case: BitFenix Merc Beta

Most of the parts I was a bit forced to go with cause of the price limit I was asked by a middle-level-gamer-teenager. Will everything work fine? Do I have to upgade any part?

More about : work fine

That system will work. Just make sure you get 1.5V 2x4GB RAM.
Your PSU is enough power for this system. easily.

If you want to game at higher settings then spend more money on the GPU.

Thanks for the anwer! So 2x4gb is considered better than the 8gb alone?

The best analogy and pretty accurate explanation is that...like driving..the more lanes you have the faster traffic moves. By getting 2x4GB you are using Dual Channel and faster speeds.
